01What services does East Summit Contracting provide?+
We provide masonry, EIFS, stucco, brick and stone veneer, CMU wall systems, architectural details, exterior finish coats, and selected restoration work. The exact inclusions are listed clearly in every quotation.
02What areas do you serve?+
We serve the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding Ontario communities. Project location, access, and schedule are reviewed before pricing.
03Do you work on commercial and residential projects?+
Yes. Our experience includes commercial, multi-residential, custom construction, and restoration scopes. We review the drawings and site conditions to confirm fit.
04What should I send for a quote?+
Send the project address, architectural drawings or measurements, approximate quantities, required materials or system specifications, and the target start date. Photos and finish schedules are also helpful.
05Can you price directly from architectural drawings?+
Yes. We can review architectural plans, wall types, elevations, details, and finish schedules. Any unclear or excluded work is identified in the quotation.
06Do you supply EIFS insulation and finish materials?+
We can supply and install complete EIFS and stucco systems, including air or weather barrier, specified insulation, reinforcing mesh, base coat, and finish coat. The assembly is priced according to the project specification.
07Can the EIFS or stucco colour and texture be selected?+
Yes. Regular finish colours and textures can be selected from the applicable manufacturer catalogues. Samples or special finishes can be reviewed when required.
08Do you perform repairs and restoration?+
Yes, depending on the condition and extent of the existing wall. We review the substrate, damage, access, and finish-matching requirements before confirming the repair scope.
09Who provides lifts, scaffolding, heating, or hoarding?+
Site equipment and temporary protection requirements vary by project. Responsibilities for lifts, scaffolding, power, heating, hoarding, access, and protection are identified in the written quotation.
10How long will my project take?+
Duration depends on quantities, building access, sequencing, weather, material lead times, and coordination with other trades. A working schedule is confirmed after the scope is reviewed.
